I would like to take a moment to thank your company for the “exemplary” response to our “Emergency” situation which happened last Sat. morning. High winds caused one of our large Ponderosa Pines to come crashing through one of our large front windows and onto the roof, puncturing through the ceiling. Mr. Kelley organized a crew and within a few hours was up here in Mt. Charleston. It was raining, high winds and quickly turning to snow. Terrible conditions for anyone to work in. Roads were dangerous, but work was completed “professionally” by the time Contractor arrived to board up window and do temporary repairs of roof. Terry and crew returned today to finish the job. It is rare to find a company willing to do what yours did and we are very grateful. Thank you again!
